Derick obtained his BSc Boubestuur degree at the University of Pretoria in 1973 and has worked exclusively in the building industry for the last 46 years. He has been actively and passionately involved in all aspects of property development with various projects ranging from large commercial projects, to up-market cluster housing and residential developments. |

Lydia has been in the quantity surveying profession for 15 years and is adept at moving in the fast-tracked environment of the profession in a pro-active and organised manner. Lydia’s passion lies in finding quicker, easier and more efficient ways of meeting client’s needs. Being task orientated and able to motivate a team around a common goal through building good team relationships is something which she continually strives for.

Belinda holds a BSC(QS) degree in Quantity Surveying obtained from the University of Pretoria. She has been in the quantity surveying profession for 20 years. During this time she has gained experience in large commercial, educational and also upmarket housing developments. Her meticulous and systematic approach to projects stands her in good stead when meeting challenging deadlines for project implementation. |
